A holistic understanding of your mind and body is important to me. In our sessions, we will use methods from cognitive behavioral therapy combined with yoga, breathing and meditation exercises. I have made very good experiences with that approach in clinical settings at e.g. Charité Berlin when the limits of classic behavioral therapy are reached.
After a short introductory talk about your emotions and topics that you would like to deal with, we will work together on a concept that is right for you. The sessions with me will often start with a small breathing exercise and depending on your personal preference, I will include other elements from yoga and mindfulness. Please do not hesitate if you haven't tried any kinds of yoga or mindfulness before.
I only offer online sessions at the moment. Please contact me for additional session times.
I currently do NOT offer psychotherapy. In case of severe psychiatric symptoms, I recommend psychotherapy with licensed colleagues.
