I work with both adolescents and adults. My approach integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic thinking, with a focus on Mentalisation-Based Practice and Acceptance & Commitment.
I'm a 34 years old clinical psychologist, originally from Hungary. I have been living in Berlin for the past 13 years, where I completed my M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy at the FU Berlin. I hold a licence for psychotherapy as a non-medical practitioner under German law (HeilprG). I work as a psychological counselor with people from diverse backgrounds, problems and goals.
In my work, I focus on creating a thoughtful and supportive therapeutic relationship, tailored to each client’s unique experience. I am often blending structured techniques with deeper emotional exploration and understanding. Curiosity, clarity, and mentalisation play a key role in how I support clients in making sense of their inner world, exploring their values and moving toward meaningful change.
