When you come to therapy with me, you can be yourself. You can be disorganized, lost, or stressed out, or you can be quiet. As I work, I make sure to balance deep emotional reflection with useful help. I listen with care and interest.
In my method, I use psychodynamic insight, cognitive strategies, and tools that are based on mindfulness. In other words, we take the time to understand how your emotions work while also helping you become more clear, in control, and present in your daily life.
I worked in social services and on making an app for social anxiety before I became psychogis. Also, I helped teens and adults, including those on the autism spectrum, deal with daily problems, emotional stress, and social problems. I've worked with immigrants, neurodiverse people, parents, creative people, and young adults who are still figuring out who they are, among other types of people. I work in a steady, calm way because I believe that being seen can be a powerful way to make things better.
