I have been living in Berlin since 2008 and have a background in clinical psychology, art, music and media management and for a few years now also in product management/software development in the field of digital health.
In the course of my life, I have already climbed some high mountains, crossed a few deep valleys, and spent a couple of years on the psychoanalytical couch myself. Through successfully overcoming the challenges that life has thrown at me, I have developed a strong sense of empathy and awareness which, alongside my psychological training, form a cornerstone of my therapeutic work. During my studies, my focus was very much on psychodynamic psychology/psychoanalysis, which contributes to my dedication to a more philosophical discourse within therapeutic work that aims to give meaning to lived experiences and support my clients to embark on a new path that leads them on a journey of continuous self-exploration.
I provide counseling and therapy to individuals experiencing a variety of different symptoms or challenges. This may include going through major life transitions, professional challenges, stress and burnout, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse or suffering from existential crisis and search for meaning.
Although I do have a psychodynamic background, I am usually following a more pragmatic approach depending on the client and situational needs. Every process is as unique as the people who bring it to life together. It is therefore of great importance to me to always keep this in perspective during my work and to respond to the individual needs of each client accordingly.
I work with all genders 🧑🎤 and sexual orientations 🌈. The online sessions 🧑💻 are offered in English 🇬🇧 or German 🇩🇪.
