I am Bathilde Meillerais Teschke, clinical psychologist, counselor and psychotherapist in training. I am a french, german, and english native/fluent speaker.
I experienced when language, culture, and most importantly, values are different at home, at school, and in the local society - three important components of social interaction. Thus, I can understand, not only, cultural confusion and discrepancies, but also different opinions and ways of thinking all too well.
My approach
My approach is mainly psychodynamic, but use also some cognitive behavioral strategies. Mainly, I take the individual into account and adapt my approach accordingly.
My expertise has shown that the therapeutic treatment must be adapted to the individual with one's specific problematic symptoms and goals, as well as strengths and difficulties.
