I'm a behaviour and mental health practitioner, certified life and health coach, and experienced trainer with 25 years of consulting, coaching, and facilitating growth and transformation.
I specialise in helping people navigate stress, burnout, and life transitions, build resilience, develop a flexible, positive mindset, and improve emotional intelligence. And of course, well-being.
My approach integrates evidence-based methods including:

My work is grounded not just in training, but in personal experience. I've been through two burnouts and multiple life and work crises. I understand the toll of chronic stress—and the challenge of rebuilding yourself when you're feeling lost, drained, or unsure where to begin.
