Coach for Creative People + Art Therapist in Berlin

As a coach, I help you access inner resources and facilitate change in your life.
In art therapy, we focus on drawing out your innate creativity in order to process past experiences.

About Rachel

As a creativity coach and art therapist, I offer creative coaching tools and strategies that support you in finding your way through life's transitions, evolutions, and challenges.

The use of image-making in counseling often yields surprising results and I incorporate art therapy techniques where desired.

I've lived in Berlin for most of the last ten years. I love the international aspect of my work and have worked with hundreds of creative people from many nationalities and backgrounds.

My Approach

Warmth, empathy and open-mindedness are the basis for my coaching and art therapy practice.

'Coach for creative people' is as a broad term. If you feel a resonance with creativity as a topic or approach to life, you might like my coaching approach.

I have a gentle and patient enthusiasm for uncovering the emergent threads of growth and self-discovery that arise from challenging experiences.

Transitions can be opportunities for evolution and growth.

I support you in re-connecting with your wisdom, strength, creativity, and inner-vibrancy so you can have a more peaceful, engaged and fulfilling relationship with yourself, others and life itself.

Sessions are currently offered online only. You are invited to a complimentary 30 minute initial consultation to find out more about my services.
