About Florence Jimenez
Creatives are often envied by people with “9-to-5” jobs because they live and work in a world of cool agencies and dreamy professions, they create trends, are always active and travel a lot. The flip side of this glamorous lifestyle is the risk of over-identification with the industry, being burned out, financial unpredictability, or self-doubt. Especially when the income is dependent on the creative output and the ideas don’t sparkle. Living a creative life is an art in itself and requires balance.
I want to support you mentally with meaningfulness, purposefulness, lightness and self-confidence to live a creative life. I apply a variety of techniques based on positive psychology, interpersonal and intrapersonal communication, emotional awareness and mindfulness, values and solution oriented methods. My approaches draw on my clients needs and preferences.
If you receive unemployment benefits, you may be able to ask your clerk for an activation and placement voucher (AVGS). The Federal Employment Agency covers 100% of the costs of job and career coaching.
In coaching I work with psychologically profound and practice-relevant methods and conversation techniques that help to sort thoughts, make unconscious attitudes visible and work out goals in a results-oriented manner. These include, among others
- Communication psychology and storytelling
- Positive psychology
- Elements from behavior therapy
- Neuro Linguistic Programming
My goal is to understand you in all its facets, to ask the right questions and to set impulses where they are effective.
