I consider that clinical psychology (especially cognitive behavioral psychology) should be based on evidence and deliver the best possible results in the most optimal way. That is why since I have worked as a psychologist (approximately 3 years) I have focused , through my personal project “Superando el abismo” (overcoming the abyss), on helping hundreds of people with OCD, anxiety, depression and manic depressive disorder to improve their quality of life. This has been possible thanks to my skills: attention to details, adaptation
Problem resolution and planning.
I also have a conversational level (with varying proficiency) in 4 different languages: Spanish, English, German and French. This has allowed me to carry out my practice in clinical psychology, virtually and face-to-face, with people from different parts of the world including: Australia, Germany, Colombia, the Netherlands and Scotland.
I wish that the skills acquired through these years positively impact the lives of many people around the world, and in different languages, to overcome the abyss that having a mental illness can mean for them.
