I am a counsellor and a music therapist from Estonia, having lived in London, Berlin and Tallinn throughout my adult life. In my practice, I use talking and creative expression to help you access your thoughts and feelings that otherwise remain hidden.
I will support you in your process to develop an understanding and compassion for yourself, to overcome difficulties and to improve your wellbeing and self-esteem. During the first sessions, we may set goals for therapy together. Through working in collaboration, we work towards better understanding of yourself and your needs, improving your relationships and overall quality of life.
I specialise in trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment and relationships. I offer a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ individuals.
Beyond my private practice, I have worked at forensic settings, neurorehabilitation and schools, supporting children, teens and adults. I actively engage is Continued Professional Education courses to keep my skills up-to-date, regular supervision sessions and my own personal therapy for the past five years.
