About me

I am Master of Psychology from Kyiv, Ukraine.

I have lived the majority of my adult life in four different countries (Turkey, Italy, UAE, Germany), I have a profound understanding of the challenges and difficulties faced by expatriates. Through my personal experiences, I have witnessed and empathized with the many obstacles related to expat life, including adaptation, relationships with foreigners, divorce, cultural peculiarities at work, bureaucracy, and adjusting to new systems of living, creating new friendship and everyday life.

From an early age, I had a profound sense of purpose—to become a psychologist and mend the depths of people's souls. However, my journey towards realizing this calling took a different path, as psychology became my second educational pursuit in adulthood. Along the way, I confronted my own traumas and personal limitations, undergoing a transformative process that prepared me to extend a helping hand to others on their own healing journeys.

With my multicultural background and fluency in three foreign languages, I offer a unique perspective to my clients. I have firsthand knowledge of the complexities of navigating diverse cultures and the impact it can have on one's psychological well-being. Drawing from this rich life experience, along with the guidance of remarkable teachers and supervisors, I bring a unique and diverse perspective to my work as a psychologist.

I currently reside in Berlin, where I am fully dedicated to my role as a Crisis Psychologist, providing vital support to refugees from Ukraine. Additionally, I make use of my available free time to engage in private therapy, ensuring that individuals seeking personalized guidance and growth can benefit from my expertise.
