My approach is uniquely tailored to fit you as a person. With a diverse background in various therapeutic modalities, I draw on what works best for each individual, integrating different techniques to support meaningful change and help you make sense of things in life that might have been hurtful or blocking you from living the life that you want.
Our sessions are deeply rooted in philosophical perspectives—including existentialism, stoicism, phenomenology, humanism, and Taoism—offering a thoughtful and insightful foundation for our work. Together, we may explore your emotions and how they manifest in the body, the past experiences shaping your present, and the ways your lived experiences influence your current challenges. My goal is to truly understand and connect with you, helping to navigate relationships and find solutions to what’s troubling you.
Our first session is an open space to explore and set the stage for our journey together. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation (which is not a session) to see if we’re a good fit—just reach out to schedule. My calendar may not always reflect full availability, so feel free to reach out to find a good time.
For Therapists:
With 12 years of psychotherapy experience, including four years as a supervisor, I offer individual and group supervision grounded in a relational approach using the 7-Eyed Model. My focus is on helping therapists deepen their awareness of relational dynamics in their work, refine their therapeutic process, and discover what best supports their practice and clients.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, reflective space to develop your therapeutic approach, I’d love to help.
