About me

I am a Greek licensed Psychologist and Psychological Counsellor based in Berlin. I have lived in Greece, Spain and the UK. I have worked with people from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds. Having lived in different countries, offers me a useful perspective on the struggles and challenges that foreigners might face. I have experience working with individuals who suffered severe developmental and sexual trauma, as well as people who want to explore and understand themselves and their relationships. My approach

My approach is integrative which means I use a combination of psychotherapeutic models to support my work with you, mostly psychodynamic, person-centred and relational. My focus is also on our relationship; working on this, we can co-create the conditions that will contribute to the strengthening of your sense of self, which can lead to more satisfaction in your connections with others. I am mindful of the contexts and systems we all live in. I offer a warm and empowering space, for you to explore and understand yourself. In this process, I believe that everyone has their unique rhythm and pace which I will follow and respect at all times.
