Since I‘ve been young I am fascinated by the question of how we become who we are. That's why I particularly enjoy topics around self-worth, identity, emotions, men's work & communication.
In my psychological work, a positive and open view of people is particularly important to me. I believe that each person has an individual story and valuable resources, but we often orientate ourselves, out of uncertainty or expectations, to what others set as an example for us. My goal is to accompany you to better understand your emotions, to leave obstructive ways of thinking and behaving behind you and to live connected and authentically again.
We will use scientifically-based methods of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and will take a culture- and queer-affirmative perspective on your concerns, too.
