My journey into psychotherapy has been shaped by both professional training and a deep personal commitment to emotional well-being. I earned my psychotherapy license (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie) in June 2024 after completing my studies at Paracelsus Academy and passing the Gesundheitsamt Schöneberg exam. To better support those struggling with anxiety, I also pursued certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Holbeck College and in Mindfulness and Meditation Teaching. I’m also a certified Psychological Counselor through the German Association for Free Psychotherapy (VFP).
Since 2014, I’ve supported individuals in navigating stress and work-related anxiety—particularly within Berlin’s fast-paced startup environment—through my work as a Yoga Teacher, Master Coach, and Mental Health Advocate. My focus has been on helping people reconnect with themselves, manage emotional overwhelm, and cultivate sustainable inner balance.
My international work in Dance Movement Therapy led me to Lisbon and Guadalajara, where I explored the embodied experience of emotions—research that inspired my book Szamanki w Wielkim Mieście, now available as an audiobook.
I hold a Master’s degree in Anthropology from Free University Berlin, with a focus on medical anthropology, holistic healing practices, and dance therapy.
Drawing from all these experiences, I founded Your CalmA—a holistic therapy space and community offering integrative support for anxiety and emotional well-being. Through Your CalmA Collective, I bring together therapy, workshops, and embodied practices designed especially for expats and international clients. I also created Mindful Moments™ – Micro-Meditations for Emotional Reset, a digital tool for grounding in everyday life—because healing doesn't just happen in sessions, it happens in small, intentional moments too. All of my therapy clients receive free access to the Mindful Moments platform and the two-month program, Foundation of Calm.
