I support clients in overcoming trauma, habits and addictions, anxiety, depression, and burnout. Together, we work on building resilience and confidence, unlocking creativity, exploring identity, and practicing self-acceptance.
I hold an MSc Integrative Therapy from London Metropolitan University, and am in a Post-Graduate program at the Awaken School of Outcome Oriented Psychotherapies. I trained as an EMDR Practitioner at Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute and am a member of EMDRIA International. My Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (UKCHH) is recognised by the British Psychological Society. As I work toward 2026 UKCP accreditation, I follow the UKCP code of ethics and standards, continuously developing my practice under the guidance of a certified UKCP supervisor. I am also a Volunteer Psychotherapist at Cadus and Sea Watch, where I support activists facing mental health challenges in crisis situations.

I am also a proud member of the It’s Complicated international community for therapists, where I am acting Berlin Ambassador in their network of European cities. My role involves building a thriving, active, and engaged local therapy community by organising events, fostering connections among therapists and creating an inclusive space for those interested in mental health. Whether you’re part of the therapist community or simply curious about mental health, get in touch, let's build together!
