I am a Psychological Counsellor and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and have been doing emotional and physical healing work for over 15 years. My work has taught me that mind and body are interconnected, and they heal best when treated together. I believe that humans do best when they are living beautiful and meaningful lives, and that social bonds and a sense of belonging are essential parts of human health.
I am bicultural, having grown up both in Israel and the United States and have been an expat for the past seven years. I have lived in both Thailand and Indonesia and have practiced and taught holistic medicine workshops all over South East Asia. I work mainly with expat clients helping them dealing with the complexities of living in a culture that is not our own.
My therapy work has been shaped by a long journey through the world of holistic medicine and spirituality. Some of the practices that influence me the most are Qi Gong, Vipassana meditation, journaling, plant medicine, free dancing, embodiment work and breath work to name a few.
There are several other values that are important to me as a therapist and as a person. Here are a few of them: LGBTQ+ allyship, sex-positivity, environmentalism, political activism, community building, multi-culturalism, yogic lifestyle, non-normative relationships, anti-consumerism and anti-fundamentalism, and many others.
