Relational Psychotherapist in Berlin
I was born in USSR, lived in Jerusalem ,and travelled. In the last five years i settled in Berlin with my partner and son.
Therapy for me is art. The beauty of our light and shadows. Hunger for love and connection , pain of our heart , and the force of our rage .
Healing is about pulse , about allowing the light within us to shine , while dancing with our shadows . About seeing the beauty of our complexity and finding our place in the world .
My work is an integration of three main psychotherapeutic modalities: Clinical psychology, Body psychotherapy and Relational psychotherapy.
I use traditional verbal psychotherapy while giving the attention to the body, noticing the breath, the movement. The body helps us to notice the unconscious life that lays behind our stories.
Relational psychotherapy adds another layer. Our ways of attachment are often the source of our pain . Therapeutical relationship is a playground , where we can notice , experience and challenge the ways we relate , and discover new ways of connecting.
