The core of the systemic approach is centred on relationships and effective communication, aiming to create meaningful changes in dynamics and patterns of behaviour. This perspective has led me to a place of curiosity, where I focus on discovering strengths and resources in my clients rather than emphasising deficits.
I believe that symptoms have a purpose within the system, and by looking at challenges holistically, my clients can better understand and learn from the difficulties they face. I work with tools like family tree, hypothesises, joining, secondary gains, loyalty, externalisation, brainspotting, co-regulation & bodywork.
My main areas of work:
- Relationship support at every stage of life or in crisis- whether building a new partnership, navigating conflicts or seeking support during divorce, mediation.
- ADHD and AuD assessments as well as help to navigate life after the diagnosis
- Any challenges related to minority and non-traditional communities, providing support tailored to unique experiences and needs. I am also kink & BDSM aware and inclusive.
