My approach can best be conceptualised as the cycle of counseling, which consists of two major components: creating the counseling environment and implementing specific procedures that lead to changes in behaviour.
This therapeutic process enables to move in the direction of getting what you want - which is behavioural change, better decision making, improved significant relationships, enhanced living, and more effective satisfaction of all the psychological needs.
The practice that I offer is safe, non-judgmental, diverse, and inclusive.
Some of the areas I cover are relationship issues, family issues, depression/anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender identity, work and life stress, abuse, trauma, sexual issues, sexual health, and attachment issues.
