About me
I studied Psychology at the University of Glasgow, with the full intention of never being a therapist, but here I am, years later (and a bit wiser)... Currently on a misson to use my full-brain power and heart to empower people to get through life with *just* a little bit more joy and peace.
I am a born and raised Kartoffel with fluent English and plenty of experience working with persons from various cultures and backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTIAQ+ and HIV-positive clients.

Laughter is medicine, and sometimes it helps to step back, examine and laugh at the silly things our brain creates in order to keep us "safe". In our sessions we will take the time to unpack your thought patterns and emotional responses in order to better understand them, and realise how some of them may be utter bullsh*t. Thanks, brain!
I don´t have all the solutions, and I struggle, too. However, it is quite useful that my struggle bus is on a completely different road. Wherever you are at - my goal is to get you where you want to be as quickly as possible. For this, we will find practical steps for you to take and get through your days better and live life according to what's important to YOU.
