Together we will create a map of your nervous system and work out your triggers for activation.
In a safe space, I will provide you with methods for self-regulation, which we will practise together and integrate what works for you. We will explore exercises int the sessions which you can integrate in your everyday life.
Bottom up methods:
We use methods that allow your body to communicate such as: guided mindfulness excercises, somatic tracking and movement
Top down methods:
We also integrate change by understanding a process, so through psychoeducation.
I will always explain why we use which exercises or which principles nervous system work is based on.
We don't do any excercises without your consent first.
