Isabel is a clinical psychologist (M.Sc.), licensed in Sweden (leg. psykolog) and Norway (autorisasjon som psykolog). Her main fields are depression, anxiety, burnout, partnership issues and dog assisted therapy.
Lovely to meet you here! I am a trained clinical psychologist in mainly Sweden and Germany. During my young adult life I travled a lot and have lived abroad, to just name a few countries: Australia, South-Africa, Italy and the USA. That made me realize that professional treatment has to fit in peoples live rather to fit their life into treatment guidelines. Meeting a psychologist through a videocall is already very common in Sweden, therefore I want to bring that luxury to you as well. To be helped by a psychologist should be possible for everyone regardless of the living situation.
I also offer dog assisted therapy in person.
To go for a run with my dog is my one of my favorite free time activity.
Looing forward to hear from you!

My philosophy is that you don’t have to be in a crisis to be supported by a psychologist. Support should be given fast and easy and has to fit in your daily life. This is why I am a big supporter of online sessions. One the move, busy with work or children? Not a problem! Online sessions will make it work. Help should meet ethical guidelines and taking contact should be with as little effort as possible.
