As a psychodynamically oriented psychotherapist with a focus on the mind-body connection, I believe that understanding our emotional lives is essential to personal growth and healing. In addition to my psychodynamic training, I am also a certified autogenic training operator, which allows me to incorporate the role of corporeality into therapy, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and manage stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages.
For me, therapy is a temporary yet meaningful journey in a person’s life—a shared path where my role is to illuminate the unknown. I view my work as offering a lantern to my clients, enabling them to eventually light their own way. My goal is to support clients in their process of self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal growth, assisting them in overcoming the internal conflicts that often limit us in our daily lives. By addressing both the emotional and physical aspects of experience, we can resolve these inner conflicts, ultimately helping clients lead more fulfilling, balanced lives.
