As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw upon a combination of ideas and techniques. I provide both understanding and the chance for introspection, as well as proactive tools to support positive change. The range of disciplines that I draw from include Humanistic Psychotherapy, CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional analysis (TA) and Ericksonian Psychotherapy (ET).
I completed 12 years of training in psychotherapy and counselling, building on my Bachelor and Master studies in Psychology. Using a person-specific and integrative approach means that I adapt therapy to your needs and goals. In a non-judgemental and safe environment there is space for you to feel free to bring what you choose. This can help you go deeper within yourself and find meaning or support you in sharing your experiences. The approach I use is relational. That is, I respect and value the uniqueness of each person's experience and identity.
