My therapeutic style is grounded in presence, creativity, and collaboration. I work experientially, which means I support clients in not just talking about their experiences, but also feeling, expressing, and exploring them in the here and now. I believe that healing happens through connection—both within ourselves and in relationship with others—so I aim to create a safe, attuned space where clients can be fully seen and heard.
In our work together, I draw from artistic and expressive tools to help unlock emotion, deepen awareness, and invite new ways of relating to longstanding patterns. Whether we are using words, movement, imagery, or breath, my approach is always tailored to what resonates with each individual or couple. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique process, and I see therapy as a co-creative space where meaningful change can unfold.
In particular situations I also use techniques aiming to bring relief from invalidating symptoms (e.g. CBT techniques, schema therapy).
