Academically, I'm a psychologist with a specialization in Focusing (I'll tell you more below). In addition, I studied theology and philosophy.
While studying psychology (and influenced by my previous studies) I discovered that wholeness was a concept of key importance to myself. That is, to consider the human being from a comprehensive approach of the complexity that each one of us is. In this line, I did a specialization in Focusing as it aims to connect with information stored in the body about the points of detention, about those issues which we have not been able to process and move forward.
In addition, I have facilitated self-knowledge meetings within the Scouts association and outside of it and also, during my work at Accenture, I have facilitated Design Thinking sessions to identify problems and develop organic solutions for the team’s difficulties.
What now?
Along with meditation and Focusing as tools that allow me to approach each person in an integral way, I am studying psychoanalysis because it is a very powerful tool to dissolve what binds us and holds us back, what prevents us from moving forward when we propose something, what makes it difficult for us to shine with best of each one of us.
