Since 2014, I have specialized in different areas such as Parenthood, Life Crises, Couples, Groups, and Family Therapy. I gained this experience through two positions I held in the public health system: first as a Clinical Psychologist from 2014 until 2019, and then as a Gerontologist from 2020 until 2022.
Thanks to my training in Gerontology, I am also able to assist people above the age of 60 with a life-course perspective that offers the opportunity to focus on goals and projects that are available no matter their age.
Recently, I completed a Master's degree in Human Resources and am trained to guide coaching sessions to help you accomplish goals such as finding a new career or job, making a career change, or exploring your interests in professional development.
As I mentioned, my academic background includes a cognitive and systemic approach, a combination that I have found to be very effective in strategic processes of coaching and psychotherapy.
I have worked with people from all around the world and I enjoy assisting them in different languages. Whether you speak English, Italian, or Spanish, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
