Hello,
I’m Khadija — a psychologist and psychotherapist based in Casablanca.
If you’re going through a difficult time, feeling overwhelmed, or simply unsure of where to begin, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to face it on your own.
My work is about meeting people where they are, with compassion, curiosity, and care. Over the years, I’ve supported adults from many different backgrounds as they navigate anxiety, emotional ups and downs, relationship struggles, self-doubt, and the longing for personal growth.
My journey started in psychiatric hospitals and continued through work with children and teens, before guiding me to what feels most meaningful: helping adults feel seen, understood, and supported—especially during life’s most vulnerable moments. In the previous year, I've accompanied over 300 individuals in their healing and self-discovery journeys.
I know how heavy things can feel sometimes—because I’ve been there too. My own experiences with grief, anxiety, and inner conflict have shaped the way I practice: with patience, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique story and rhythm.
In our work together, I offer a safe, confidential, and judgment-free space where you can slow down, breathe, and gently explore what’s weighing on you. I bring a culturally sensitive lens to every session, honoring your background, your pace, and your values.
Therapy can be the beginning of a quieter mind, deeper self-connection, and more fulfilling relationships. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Sessions are available in Arabic, English, and French.
