Before I followed the therapeutic path a few years ago, I did a lot of mental coaching. With a master's degree in sports psychology and a master's degree in business psychology, I was very closely involved in people's performance experiences.
In order not to just stay on the surface, but to achieve a truly lasting impact with my work, I added a 5-year Gestalt therapy training course, which greatly expanded my wealth of psychotherapeutic experience.
I now run my own practice as a Gestalt therapist and alternative psychotherapy practitioner and people from a wide variety of areas come to me in person and online.
Since I have offered a program called "dealing with self-doubt" (workshops, lectures, etc.), the individual topics are often related to this - but not only.
I am very pleased to be able to work with couples and groups in addition to working in an individual setting.
