I have a holistic approach to life and believe that body, mind and emotions are deeply connected to each other and everything we experience in life is stored emotionally in our body and as well in our brain. That is how we live and create our live, how we step into and lead relationships, how we deal with challenges etc. And that is also the reason why situations could occur in our lives again and again.
In order to free ourselves from old patterns, imprints and beliefs, we have to become more aware of ourselves, bring the unconscious into consciousness and feel what is not felt.
Gestalt therapy offers possibilities to connect to difficult emotions and give them space. Body therapy shows us ways to embody emotions and to release them. In my sessions I connect different methods I m trained in, with my experience working with clients and my sensitive intuition.
