About me

I support you in discovering and strengthening your individual resources so you can develop sustainable coping strategies. My work throughout this process is based on scientific concepts, f.e. the attachment theory and related concepts. I specialize in personal development & interpersonal relationships, supporting individuals but also couples in improving relationship-building abilities and communication. Counselling sessions are available in German and English.

I worked in psychiatric hospitals (Uniklinik Aachen as well as a private clinic in Spain), where I also gathered experience working with groups. Since 2020 I have been working as a psychological online counsellor and am currently pursuing the psychological psychotherapist approbation in systemic therapy.
