I'm an integrative, body-oriented, and mindfulness - centered psychotherapist. My approach is deep, intuitive, and experiental, I help you not just to understand yourself, but to feel the shifts happening from within.
Our goal is to allow the wholeness of our being to reveal aspects that have been disintegrated, often due to trauma.
