I understand Psychotherapy as a foundational place for listening and solving problems, but also a deep experience that allows the patients to get to know themselves, increasing awareness about the cause of suffering, helping them to stand differently toward obstacles that stop them from achieving their goals. Different current problems, such as depression, anxiety, addictions or stress are considered as external manifestations of internal conflicts that the subject is not being able to resolve.
