We all carry our unique inner story, and at times, it's difficult to express our unique inner struggles. In therapy, we are not forcing change. We are creating the right conditions for your whole being to integrate, reconnect and breathe again. It is a space where your body, emotions, and core self can finally meet, with safety, presence, and compassion. I'm an integrative, body-oriented, and mindfulness - centered psychotherapist. My approach is deep, intuitive, and experiental, I help you not just to understand yourself, but to feel the shifts happening from within. Our goal is to allow the wholeness of our being to reveal aspects that have been disintegrated, often due to trauma. Our work is centred on creating a connection with the core of our being - our essence. That is what creates healing and integration.
