After my Masters in Psychology (MSc), I moved to Switzerland and worked in corporate sector for 8 years. In 2006 I created my own Coaching & Counseling company called "Coppet Coaching & Counseling, offering Coaching (Life Coaching, Adolescent Coaching, Professional/Career Coaching) and Counseling (Relationship Counseling, Psychological Counseling, EMDR Therapy) services.

My approach is adapted to the need of each unique individual, but often cognitive, mindful (creating awareness), pragmatic and based on learnings from ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) and EFT (emotionally focused therapy).
