My journey as a therapist goes back to earlier years, where I would catch myself being interested in somebody's deeper reasons for behaving the way they do, finding empathy in the simplest inconveniences and being eager to promote my close ones' personal development and empowerment.
I decided to follow my inclination, I quit Law School and I obtained my diploma from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. I was already licensed to work, but I chose to work further on my skills and decided to study for a Master's degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy in the American College of Greece. By now, I have a solid academic background in Counseling and Psychotherapy.
I am passionate about helping people understand and face their inner struggles, within a range of challenging life issues and/or mental health conditions.
Experienced in Counseling the culturally diverse. Empathetic, compassionate and with a strong will to offer an open-minded and sensitive approach to those seeking help.
