In the process of depth psychology-based psychotherapy, it is assumed that early experiences from childhood and adolescence are repressed into the "unconscious" and become noticeable as a symptom in the context of a mental disorder and lead to suffering.
The causes may lie far back in childhood and the resulting distress often cannot be alleviated without professional help. This can manifest itself in conflicts within the family, with friends, with a partner or at work. Our work will consist of building a bridge between old experiences and current difficulties in order to develop an understanding of your personal history.
I would like to support you in better coping with personal crises, understanding inner conflicts and those with your fellow human beings and resolving them independently. It is important to me to take an individual approach to your problems and what you bring to the session. My work is characterized by an approachable, open and patient attitude.
A decisive factor in psychotherapy is a good patient-therapist relationship. For this reason, I offer a trial session at a reduced rate, after which you and I will decide whether you can benefit from working together.
