Whatever brings you to counselling, my role is to support you in seeing the patterns at play more clearly – and in finding ways forward that feel right for you. As a systemic counsellor, I support you in recognising these dynamics, strengthening your relationships, and dealing with conflict and crisis with more clarity and confidence – so that you can develop more fully, both in your relationships and as an individual.
Couples counselling
Couples face a variety of challenges, including how the needs of their relationship and intimacy conflict with careers, parenthood, or caring for relatives. What is more, differing experiences and personal histories can add extra strain to daily life. Counselling provides a space to understand conflicts, find solutions, and nurture a stronger, more connected partnership.
International couples counselling
In binational or intercultural partnerships, different worlds often come together — distinct languages, values, and habits. This can create additional challenges: a feeling of having been uprooted, the pressure to adapt, and a sense of imbalance. Whether a couple moves abroad together, maintains a long-distance relationship, or one partner relocates for love, counselling can help preserve understanding and closeness despite the cultural differences.
Individual counselling
Sometimes we encounter moments in life or in relationships that invite us to seek new orientation and reflection. Individual counselling can help you pause, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself — in times of decision-making, stress, crisis, or simply to gain a better understanding of your current life situation.
Family counselling
Families — in any constellation — are intimate, living systems, full of energy and always subject to change. In families, because of the number of people concerned, tensions, misunderstandings and recurring conflicts commonly arise. Family counselling provides a space to recognise entrenched patterns, develop new perspectives, and find solutions that serve everyone involved.
