I am a MA, Dance Movement Psychotherapist, I graduated with my master's degree from the University of Derby, UK, achieving the highest grade of 'Distinction'. I was also honored with the 'Excellent Performance' award during my clinical internship for two consecutive years. My thesis focused on the intersection of neuroscience and dance movement psychotherapy in treating eating disorders, for which I also received a 'Distinction'.
After I graduated, I worked with children aged 1-7 in a special kindergarten (Kraina Emocji) in collaboration with the University of Yale, focusing on helping them develop emotional intelligence.
For the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. My experience includes 5 years in a psychiatric hospital, where I conducted weekly group therapy sessions. Currently, I live and offer private sessions in Turkey.
