I have been searching for a systematic recipe for a harmonious life that has worked for me all my life. I started developing as a person first as a financier, and in 8 years, I almost burned myself out. Along the way, I was engaged in sports and self-development courses.
Later, at work, there was an opportunity to switch to project management, and a colleague recommended trying psychotherapy to better cope with the difficulties of relations with colleagues. It started to help me, and I continue to meticulously supplement the picture of world perception and check it in practice, which makes my life comfortable.
I am interested in how people make choices and organise their lives, and I draw inspiration from cinema, philosophy, art, poetry and observations of everyday life. This helps me see both patterns and nuances in clients’ stories. For the last six years, I have been deeply immersed in training: personal therapy, group work, supervision, and continuous professional education.
I am a professional and compassionate Gestalt psychotherapist, working in English and dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve goals. I'm eager to be helpful to humanity in small steps.
