During our sessions, I guide my clients in uncovering their defense mechanisms and repetitive behavior patterns, helping them to navigate through layers of accumulated grief, anxiety, and doubts. I create a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for the expression of feelings, and I encourage clients to explore new ways of thinking and behaving. I am enthusiastic about incorporating experimental approaches into therapy and often offer them to clients when they are ready.
My aim is to assist individuals in constructing new pillars of strength, embracing their uniqueness and self-worth, and unlocking their true desires, goals, and dreams. Throughout our therapeutic journey, clients learn to overcome fears of devaluation, abandonment, and rejection.
Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with topics such as emigration, loss of loved ones, powerlessness, uncertainty, crises, financial decline, and rapid growth thereafter.
As a therapist, I am known for my warm, caring, supportive, and lively approach. I am feeling confident at guiding individuals through the process of grieving, exploring their own aggression, accepting and processing shame, fears, and guilt.
The topics I work with include:
- Relationship challenges with partners, including misunderstandings, conflicts, codependent relationships, and divorce.
- Navigating relationships with parents.
- Lack of motivation or procrastination.
- Coping with feelings of guilt, shame, or fear.
- Grief support.
- Managing stress, whether acute or chronic.
- Building self-esteem and confidence
- Overcoming fear of social interactions and new acquaintances.
- Self-realization, identifying personal preferences and aspirations.
- Imposter syndrome, self-doubt, fear of self-expression, and reluctance to accept fair compensation for their work.
I am a member of the National Association of Gestalt Therapists of Ukraine. I work under regular supervision
