About me
I was born in Burgos, a city in the north of Spain. Even though I lived there most of my life, I have lived in France and the US as well. I moved to the Netherlands to study psychology and I’ve been living here ever since.
Spanish is my native language and I learned English when I was young. My French is not as good as that of a native speaker, but I understand very well and can speak almost fluently. I will occasionally say some words or phrases in English if I am not sure how to say something.

As an integrative psychologist, I approach therapy as a flexible, person-centered experience, attuned to each individual’s unique needs. Our sessions are a place where you can share what feels most meaningful to you in the present moment, allowing intuition and openness to guide our work together.
My approach is holistic and integrative. “Holistic” means I view all areas of life—relationships, career, talents, finances, health, culture, and personal beliefs—as interconnected aspects of a whole. “Integrative” means I draw from diverse therapeutic approaches and schools of thought, blending elements from both scientific and spiritual prespectives to support your journey towards meaningful growth and healing.
Our sessions are a space where you can bring up whatever you desire, at your own pace.
