The initial career as orchestra musician moved me first to Germany, and led me to travel and work all over the world (Europe, USA, Asia). Alongside this, I study psychology in Italy first in Padova University (BSc) and then at the Cusano University in Roma (MSc). Given my strong interest in mental health, initially with the aim to support mental health for performing artists and improving the performances on the psychological aspects, I deepened the methods and techniques to cope with anxiety disorders, and in particular: performance anxiety.
I decided afterwards to focus myself in clinical psychology, with the aim of expanding my knowledges and the spectrum of people who could benefit from these methods and protocols (ex. Mindfulness, Counseling, Coaching, Mental Training, Hypnotherapy), especially for all those issues involved in human performances (sexuality included) or facing challenges of living abroad.
