Welcome to my profile!
I began my journey in psychotherapy as a client and I know how tough it can be to reach out for help.
I am a psychologist with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Also, I am in the process of becoming a Certified Gestalt Therapist by EAGT and EAPT standards.
I live in a lovely capital on the edge of Europe - Lisbon. I moved here from Kyiv, Ukraine, seeking a pleasant work-life balance and I swear, I found it.
Most of my clients are immigrants. I moved from my hometown when I was 18 and I am familiar with a struggle of finding your place in this world.
I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Russian Linguistics & Literature.

I think whilst it matters what has happened to you, it matters more what you can do with this experience.
I work with individuals and help dealing with the following:
- Relationship problems (with family, partners, at work);
- Dissatisfaction with your current life circumstances;
- Lack of confidence in one's own abilities;
- Experiencing a personal (career, relationships, identity) crisis;
- Self-doubt;
- Feeling lonely;
- Anxiety;
- Eating disorders;
- ... and many other topics that are too unique to explain.
I believe in one's creative process to learn how to enjoy life. Trust me, you have got all you need to feel happy. You just need to discover your own way to feel it.
