I integrate my extensive experience in both evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT/ ACT/ CPT) and mindfulness based meditation practices.
Whether your challenge is depression, anxiety, relationship issues or problems dealing with your feelings, it can be overwhelming to try deal with all of this by yourself. Not wanting to face your pain is normal and it's sometimes just too scary to do it on your own. A lot of this pain may be related to your childhood or past. We will work together to help discover these patterns. Unhelpful coping mechanisms are being used to deal with these emotions now. In therapy, we will work together to help you become aware of these unhelpful mechanisms and face these underlying feelings, feel more connected in your relationships, reach your fullest potential at work, and enjoy life again.
