I'm Diana, a dedicated Psychologist and Psychotherapist based in the Netherlands. My journey in psychology began with a deep dive into Positive Psychology, where I earned both my BSc and MSc from Erasmus University Rotterdam. This was followed by enriching training as a psychotherapist in Integrative Psychotherapy. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through a diverse array of challenges, ranging from depression, loss & mourning, panic attacks, to more complex issues like domestic abuse, self-harm, and trauma.
As someone who has lived the expat life for over a decade, I deeply understand the unique hurdles faced by those adjusting to new countries, cultures, and languages. Hence, my practice is also finely tuned to meet the needs of fellow expats, providing them with the support and guidance they need in these transitions.
At the heart of my practice lies the philosophy of Integrative Psychotherapy. This approach melds humanistic and existential methodologies, recognizing the unique journey of each client. It's about creating a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where every experience is valued and carefully attended to. The goal is to forge a genuine, trust-filled client-therapist relationship, where we co-create the path to healing and growth.
