About me
A dedicated clinical psychologist, born and raised in Lebanon and moved to Spain 18 years ago. As a war survivor and an immigrant, I developed a high sense of empathy and understanding to the infinity of problems the world has been facing the last decades. As a polyglot, I can conduct sessions in 4 languages, Arabic, French, English and Spanish.
My approach
I believe that every human is unique and different, and should live a happy and fulfilling life no matter what the circumstances that surround are. Unfortunately, sometimes irrational beliefs and negative thoughts stand in the way of achieving the desired happiness and emotional well-being. Therefore, I strongly believe that an action-oriented humanistic approach, such as the Rational Emotive Behavior therapy, helps each person identify those beliefs and alter them to healthier and more rational ones.

Diploma of Advanced studies from Université Libanaise-Fanar (1998-1999)
