Hello everyone! I'm Rita Couxão, Clinical Psychologist from Portugal. I have a degree in Psychology, and a Master's in Forensic Psychology from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, since 2021. My goal is to help people achieve a healthy, balanced, and meaningful life. Throughout my professional experience, I have worked with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, self-esteem, personal development, and addictions.

I use a therapeutic approach, focused on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I will adapt the techniques used according to the individual needs and preferences of each patient. I believe in a personalized approach, adapting my techniques and methods to the individual needs of each client. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment for them to explore their challenges and work toward personal growth. I will work with each patient to identify and overcome obstacles, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve greater self-understanding. I believe in the importance of a collaborative partnership between client and therapist. I value confidentiality, professional ethics, and mutual respect in all interactions.
