I am a mom to two kids and have lived or worked in over 50 countries. My family is multiracial and I am fluent in Spanish. de-pathologizing and radical acceptance of all parts of ourselves. I believe you are the one healing yourself and making the life you want with my support. I use somatics and neurobiological aspects of stress and trauma theories in practice via talk, guided imagery, expressive arts, motivational interviewing and a deeply relational way and meet you exactly where you are.
